Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you work in?
Our main areas are Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and Bradenton, plus nearby communities like Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island, and Parrish. We also take projects a bit farther out, depending on the job. We don’t currently work in Lee County.
Are estimates free?
Yes. For custom or larger projects, we usually visit to see the space, take measurements, and talk through the options. For smaller or simpler jobs, we can often give a first estimate from photos and measurements.
Can we see the design before work starts?
Yes. For custom projects, we scan your space and prepare a 3D render with the materials and finishes you choose, then adjust it with you until the design is right.
How fast do you respond?
We usually reply the same business day. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Are you licensed and insured?
We’re fully insured and hold our local business license. When a project includes electrical work, it’s handled by a licensed electrician we work with.
Can we buy our own materials?
Yes, either way works. Depending on the project, you can buy the materials directly, or we can supply them. We can also help you choose materials and finishes and work out the quantities you need.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. Once the design and estimate are approved, we’ll give you a schedule before any work starts.
Do you work with interior designers and builders?
Yes. We can install to a designer’s drawings and coordinate with a builder’s schedule. Send the plans and the dates you’re working with.
What do you need to give us an estimate?
Photos of the space, rough measurements, and what you have in mind. For smaller jobs that’s often enough; for custom projects, we’ll set up a visit.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes: a fixture, a TV and its wiring, a single accent wall. Those live under Home Finishing & Installation.
